7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to all purchases made on gafferfoot.com.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email brndorust@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your account and your purchase date.
  3. We will confirm your refund within 2 business days and process it immediately via Stripe.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement, depending on your bank.

After the 7-Day Window

Refunds requested after 7 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee refunds outside the guarantee window, but if you experienced a technical failure that prevented you from using the Service, contact us and we will make it right.

Consumer Rights (Brazil)

Brazilian consumers purchasing digital services have a statutory 7-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Defense Code (CDC Art. 49) when purchasing remotely. Our guarantee aligns with and does not replace this right.
